Step 1: Access Adobe Express

  • Open your web browser and go to the Adobe Express website.
  • Click on the Sign In button located at the top right corner of the page.


Step 2: Log in Using Your Sask DLC Email

  • On the sign-in page, enter your Sask DLC email address.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the login process, using either a password or a Single Sign-On (SSO) method, depending on how your account is set up.


Step 3: Start a New Project

  • After logging in, you'll be directed to the Adobe Express dashboard.
  • Click on the + icon or the Create New button.
  • Select Presentation from the list of available project types.


Step 4: Choose a Template

  • Adobe Express offers a variety of templates tailored for presentations.
  • Browse through the available templates or use the search bar to find one that suits your needs.
  • Once you find a template you like, click on it to start customizing.


Step 5: Customize Your Presentation

  • You can modify the text, images, and layout of your presentation.
  • Click on any text box to edit the content, adjust the font, size, and color to match your brand or style.
  • Replace placeholder images with your own by clicking on the image and selecting Replace Image. You can upload images from your computer or choose from Adobe’s stock library.
  • Add additional elements like shapes, icons, and text boxes using the tools on the left-hand side of the screen.


Step 6: Add More Slides

  • To add a new slide, click the + icon on the left panel.
  • Choose a layout for your new slide, or duplicate an existing slide if you want to maintain a consistent design.
  • Continue to customize each slide with content relevant to your presentation.


Step 7: Review and Finalize Your Presentation

  • Review each slide to ensure that all content is accurate and visually appealing.
  • Use the Preview feature to see how your presentation will look to your audience.
  • Make any final adjustments to the layout, text, or images.


Step 8: Download or Share Your Presentation

  • Once satisfied with your presentation, click on the Download button to save your presentation as a PDF or image files.
  • Alternatively, use the Share button to generate a link that you can share directly with others or present online.


Step 9: Present Your Work

  • Open the downloaded presentation file or use the online link during your presentation.
  • Practice navigating through your slides to ensure a smooth delivery.
