Step 1 - Book video chat

Book a video chat by booking a talk with your teacher or emailing your teacher requesting a Teams meeting.


Step 2 - Download Teams

Download Teams here:

or in any app store


Step 3 - Meeting Link

The meeting link will be emailed to you. If you haven't received the meeting link, please contact your teacher. 


If you have scheduled the video chat through the booking calendar the meeting invite email will look like the image below. Once the meeting is about to start, click "Join your Appointment" to join the meeting room.


Step 4 - Join Meeting

Note: If you enter teams through an internet browser, a permission prompt will appear in the top left corner of your screen. Make sure you click "allow" so the Teams app is able to access your video and audio. If you click "block" the teacher will not be able to see or hear you.


Enter your name, then click "Join Now" The meeting will start once your teacher has started the meeting.
