When it comes to labs in an on-line science course, we do our best to give students lab experience without endangering themselves/others. Thus, sometimes we use virtual labs or recordings of students in a lab at a school in place of a hands on lab. However, it is still important to be thinking about lab safety as you go through the course...so, on that note, check out the video below as an introduction to lab safety.
Lab Reports
Lab reports can be difficult, as many teachers have slightly different expectations. Refer to video below for the expectations for a FORMAL lab write up in the DLC Chemistry 30 course. Refer to this video as you determine what needs to be submitted in your FORMAL lab report for your SDS.
