I forgot my DLCgo password, How do I reset?

How to reset your password
1) Go to www.dlcgo.ca and click "forgot password?" on the bottom left corner of the screen.
2) Enter your DLCgo username that was sent to you via email, then click Send new password.
3) You will be sent an email with your temporary password. The email containing your temporary password will look like this:
4) Log into www.dlcgo.ca with your DLCgo username and temporary password that was emailed to you.
How to change your password
1) Log in to www.dlcgo.ca with your username and password.
2) On the left-hand side of your dashboard scroll down and click on Edit Account
3) Enter your old or temporary password, create a new password, confirm your new password, and hit Save.
4) The next time you log in to www.dlcgo.ca you will use your username and new password.
